Short summary:

The mobility project, called "Searching Own Sampo: My Emotions and Outdoor Education" focuses on sharing and strengthening teachers' experience and knowledge to teach preschool age pupils about emotions throughout various seasons, using outdoor education methods and strategies. Four partners - kindergartens from Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia and Finland have been discovering different ways to help kids to identify, describe and accept emotions in early age education institutions, supporting parents and teachers cooperation too. Considering nature as the best and stress free environment for the pupils and teachers, we have been seeking to improve teachers' competences in designing outdoor activities, depending on the season, and integrating them in own curriculum, to inspire and develop successful cooperation between three Baltic and one Nordic country. There have been planned one week length mobility for eight partner teachers/staff in one year time. Getting international experience is a unique chance to broaden horizons for staff.
